The only reason that I am giving them four stars instead of five they fail to turn on the open sign. I almost drove by until I decide to call to see if they were open and they were. As far as the customer service go from what others have stated my customer service experience was great we had a small little issue that resolved it with no problem and the food was okay I do like the famous thin edge to edge pepperoni that is always one of my favorites now granted I have had better service at other donatos but theirs was just fine.

So much tomato sauce we had to wipe it all of but still there was an abomination of tomato sauce. Barely any cheese and chicken, like they were trying to save money. But their dough was ok, I guess.

Just had my first-ever meal at Donato’s and I’m impressed. Ingredients are fresh, crust is impressively crispy all the way to the edge, and it doesn’t feel greasy or heavy. Pictured below are a banana pepper and mushroom pizza and another pizza with the works.
