We dined here during our Honeymoon Trip and our server, Eduardo, was an absolute delight! He was professional- making sure that we were aware of the Happy Hour Specials and menu choices (I have specials dietary requirements). He was also very attentive, even though he had other tables- it seemed as though he was able to balance his time well between us. He also has a great personality, which is a definite plus in a server! I chose the Chicken Trio, and one of mine appeared undercooked. Eduardo offered to replace the entire plate, which I sincerely appreciated! But I was satisfied with the one chicken item being recooked. At the end of the meal, he even boxed our leftovers for us (a service I thought was now lost!)! AND the "icing on the cake"- or shall I say tiramisu- is that we were treated to a complimentary dessert since we were on our Honeymoon! Nice touch Carrabba's!!! We do not have one in our area in Indiana (we would have a 2hr drive at least)- but this experience may make us reconsider and make the trip for the yummy food, ESPECIALLY if all of their servers are as attentive and amazing as Eduardo!

I ordered my food via door dash. Pasta arrived cold, very little sauce and missing the tomatoes. The bag wasn’t sealed and they didn’t even add any utensils. Do better!

This was the first time I had Carrabba’s. I wanted to go because they offered cannoli and I will go just about anywhere if they have cannoli. For dinner I got a sirloin steak with seasoned fries and asparagus. It was very mediocre. I know sirloin isn’t the best cut of steak but I feel I could have cooked it better to where it wasn’t rubbery. The fries were better reheated in our air fryer the next day. BUT Their cannoli were amazing. I have had lots of cannoli from lots of different places (bakeries, restaurants, etc.) and this cannolo was easily one of the best. Even if you don’t like pistachios, you must try it! There’s chocolate chips inside and it’s just the perfect balance between sweet and savory.

You will like it. It's food by committee format was designed by some efficiency expert to make an average meal cooked just a little bit better. It's a nice date spot to go to, you could pick anything by throwing a dart and hitting the menu anywhere.
