Had an appointment. Waited. Left. Never heard from the manager that I had an appointment with after I walked out. One more complaint. US Bank online bill pay has not been reliable since the recent switch and is full glitches. In short, the website does not function properly. Their online banking website changed again May 2021 and there are features offered that do not function. For example, "contact us" under the Customer Service tab does not function. 5/3 Bank's online banking is much better.
