Frisch's Big Boy

The salad bar was average and needed some cleaning up. Service was slow as we observed four of the employees standing around and seemed slow with our drinks. Most of us got the Big Boy sandwich platter. The Big Boy sandwich was good but the Mac and cheese was terrible. It was too expensive for a Big Boy and salad bar for $18. We recently paid for a steak and a side at Outback for the same price.

Tried the sliders, they were ok. Service was mediocre. They forgot about our food, which they did make up for. We are from out of state so I was very disappointed they did not have ranch or tartar sauce for purchase, to fly back with us. Probably won't visit this location again when we are back in Ohio.

It was great and Kelly was a very good waitress! She made sure I had the things on my food that I wanted and it was no problem! My food came to the table in about 10 mins or so and it was very good and hot. And they made sure that we got to sit in a booth like we wanted to, it was great!! They also have a very nice selection of food choices to choose from and I love their breakfast bar and salad bar.

Was horrible. The French toast one arm was good and soft but cold the other 1 was hard and would break a brick. Then eggs over done. Toast burnt. I thought that biscuit came from popeye's it was so dry and hard. You know it's bad when the watery gravy can't even softened the biscuit. The spuds were even cold like come on man. What really killed me is I get your short staff I will wait 10 to 15 minutes for hot fresh food it happens but too but to have you pull me forward to wait 10 minutes and get cold hard nasty stuff what that would you doing. Not server/dt worker but the kitchen staff.
