We would've liked to have dined in but they had all the chairs put up. Service was slower than i expected but it wasn't terrible. Food was okay the menu was different than i was used to with Popeyes.

Only the drive thru is open because they do not have enough workers. Yet, people are eating in the restaurant. I explained that my vehicle cannot fit through the drive thru and they would not make an exception. If you owned that restaurant, you would act differently toward your customers.

Spicy chicken strips were dry like beef jerkey . Breading was so hard you could not bite through it. They had to be sitting out for hours under a heat lamp. Wait was 35 minutes from the time pulled up to drive through to time when got food, but I'm not holding the slow service against them as most places are short staffed but there's no reason to serve hours old food. If it's old tell the customer it's out and not sell them old food. Only reason for 2 stars was the biscuits we're good.

What a total mess this place is. 1. Sat in drive thru for 30 mins. 2. Pop flat 3. Order wrong 4. Food cold. 5 no honey mustard 6. Othe sauce they gave me has a hole in the foil too leaked all over in bag. 7. Found hair in box Get it together people. The now hiring says $15 wow. I wish i had a job making that much and screw up everything and take all day to do it. You have to be kidding me you people make that much and do such poor work. This is the last time ill ever eat popeyes.
