GLUTEN ALLERGY OR CELIAC FOLKS BEWARE!!! If this rating was based only on Service - would get negative stars. After multiple under the breath comments about my order being Allergy - I asked the staff person if he was making fun of the allergy. He said “ yeah, I told him (person preparing burger) to change your gloves because she is watching you like a Hawk.” I proceeded to point out that I was watching to make sure my order was SAFE and I would not get sick. After that the he said “You can come back here and make it yourself.” Low and behold the person preparing the burger put the lettuce directly on the surface where the bun had been. I asked to start over and put foil down and change gloves. Begrudging they did it - but I shouldn’t have had to ask and they should have been respectful. Train your staff about cross contact!!! Single star because the burger was actually decent.

I have never had a bad burger here but, the fries are rarely hot and never crispy.

Went to get a cheese burger today and the employee was extremely rude. He rudely asked if I wanted any condiments and I said yes Hold on please. I then wanted a milkshake and he said rudely “ What flavor?” I ordered. While waiting for my food, they announced my number and I went up. He said “Are you number 10? And I said yes” he slammed down my bag of food. I said you didn’t have to be rude about it. The customer next to me saw how rude he was. I also didn’t see my milkshake so I waited and a lady employee came up. I told her I had a milkshake as well with my food and she goes “Ya I’m making it right now” not in a nice tone. I have never had a rude experience at a Five Guys and today it was horrible. They were not busy at all. I understand if you aren’t having a great day but do not put that anger/energy on to a customer.

First timer . I’ve heard lots of good things ,finely tried it out and ... now that’s a tasty burger my only critique is the Cajun frys were a little over seasoned but fresh ,other than that a great first experience and will definitely be back. I think the price is fair for what you get . Great job guys keep up the good work .
