Undercooked? This didn’t taste like Panda Express normally does. No trays To carry my food and counter was very messy. This is probably because they didn’t have trays for customers. Soda machine would only deliver water for everything I tried, but I didn’t try them all. The customer service from the young servers was good and kind, so no complaints there.

Nasty food only can get orange chicken on dining plan and it is spicy. Should be able to chose entrees

I gave It a 4/5 because the orange chicken is really spicy and I was not expecting it but I really like the steamed white rice.
