I had to use the Minute Clinic in Charlton 3 times in the last month. Respiratory 2 x's, and today for cellulitis from a bug bite that developed quite suddenly. All 3 times, I booked my time on-line, very easy. All 3 times I was looked at right on-time. 3 different nurses. All 3 were very nice, attentive. They were quick but thorough. I highly recommend.

Loved my experience there. Went in right at 9 on a saturday to check to see if i had strep and was seen immediately. My doctor Ann was so nice and listened to my every word and didnt rush me out the door. I will def go here again if i need to see someone quick.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. What a joke. According to the website they take appts up till 15 mins before closing. We got there 40 mins till closing. We weren't able to check in via the kiosk out front. So we wait a few mins and this woman comes out and says she is closing. I ask her about the 15 mins before closing statement that is on the website. She says " well I have ALL these people"... three kids all together, and only none sick. Get real lady, 45 mins to look in his throat and say yup sick. I will stick to ReadyMed in Auburn. They are always very pleasant. Cvs just lost a customer after her rude attitude. I will always be telling everyone that I know to avoid that place like the plague. Cvs can thank her for it.
