This shop was recommended as one of the best around. But unfortunately, due to the business getting into political nonsense, I will not go there. Shame that a business cannot stick to just being a business.

Had a sewing machine there for two months. Called several times and always told they would call me back. Never did. Today went to pick it up. Never fixed. Supposedly looked at it but was not repaired. Was told it us an electronic issue. Have to take it somewhere else. No charge.

Great Experience and knowledgeable staff. I purchased my new Pfaff Quilt Ambition 720 here and getting tutoring on it, really nice people and so helpful. Glad I found them!

This quilting shop was inside an old church, while inside a lady played the church organ-it was awesome!! Charlton Sewing Center had unique necklaces for sale, my sister is a knitter and I saw this necklace which the pendant was a skein of yarn; my sister just loved it.

The center is open Monday,Tuesday,Friday and Saturday from 9-3:30, if you call during those hours Cathy should be able to answer your questions 😉
No, but Jefferson cleaners in Oxford, MA (I believe on Sutton Ave., near Oxford center) Does excellent alteration and repair work.
