We have been using Charlton oil for awhile now, The service is always top notch. We had them come out and do a cleaning when we purchased out house a year ago. We called all the local oil co's about a new tank price, Charlton oil won that bid, did a super job installing the new Roth tank. We use auto delivery - never had an issue. Very pleased we selected Charlton oil for our heating needs and service.

Ordered oil for 2 houses, paid in full before delivery, charlton delivered both houses and left NO tickets for my $800.00 bill. Call requested 2 tickets they sent me 2 fake tickets...called owner he told me to stick the tickets, and he did not have time. I stuck both tanks they were 50 gallons less , giving charlton a extra pay day of $331.00. Called weights and measures Ron Valinsky he in 2 weeks has offered no help. If you order oil from Charlton oil wait for delivery and go outside and video the delivery and demand a printed oil ticket that you deserve by state law. Such a shame.

Don’t worry. We provide a same-day delivery option at an additional charge. If you need us to restart your system, the delivery driver can prime your burner (depending on the type of unit) for a fee. Someone must be at home at the time of delivery for us to provide this service. If the driver is unable to start your unit, contact us for service.
We don’t lock in customers for a specific price, nor do we offer pre-buy options. You may work out an informal budget, but we’ll need enough money to cover a delivery prior to one being made.
We aim for next-day deliveries. At times, depending on the weather, it may take up to three days. Call us and one of our customer service representatives can tell you what our current schedule is.
Yes. First, you must qualify for the program and apply through the proper office. The programs we accept are found on our Customer Resources page.
If you provide proof of ownership – like an invoice – we will deliver. At that time, our driver will perform a five-point safety check. If the check fails, the driver won’t be able to make the delivery.
We require all propane tanks be filled at time of order
Yes, our minimum delivery of heating oil is 100 gallons. Any delivery under 100 gallons comes with an additional fee of $35.
