It was my first time here and I absolutely loved it! The staff was fun, high energy and very nice. I was passed around to 3 different women and they were all amazing! Very knowledgeable and thorough, it was fun learning about my eyeballs lol. Great vibes here and I’m glad I chose them out of all the other places! I don’t write reviews but they literally made it super fun for me! :)

I was a client of Charlton Optical when I was a child, now as an adult I decided to visit them again remember the nice experience I had years and years ago. All of the staff are very welcoming and professional. Over the past five years I have had prescription glasses and always felt as if something was off. I just received my new glasses and they are perfect, the suggestions made by the doctors were spot on and I'm more than happy!

I've just had an amazing experience with this establishment. My husband and I were referred by Dr. Cooper in Southbridge, Ma and he said they'd take care of us and they were the most probable to take our insurances. Well, he was indeed, correct. Not only were the staff prompt and courteous, they had excellent knowledge of the inventory and what insurances would pay for what, etc... I was very impressed by their extensive experience. They were quick, friendly, incredibly helpful and just all around good at what they do. I walked in late on a Monday evening and had my two new pairs of glasses by Wednesday afternoon! Not bad at all. They also managed to work the insurance so that I didn't owe a single dime. I loved it and I am extremely happy with Joanne, (who went above and beyond for me,) Linda (who knew all about insurance) & Jane, who finished up with me and got me done & out! I'd recommend it to family, friends and anyone else who is looking for new glasses and has pretty much any kind of insurance. They'll work hard for you! Thanks Charlton Optical!!! 👊🌞
