My wife called last week to have a sofa removed. He quoted her a price and said he’d call back when he checked his schedule. We waited several days and no call. We tried calling him back multiple times. Although his answering message says he’ll call back “promptly “, he doesn’t call back. Very disappointing.

Do you do trash pick up with a 2 week schedule. In other words I would have from 4 to 5 bags in 2 weeks, not enough for a weekly pick up program.
