Absolutely the best investment Tempe has made in many years. It's brought not only water and land recreation, businesses and housing to what had become a vast eyesore in a scenic landscape that it has become.

One corner of park had about 10 people that my wife and I were nervous to walk around

Could someone provide coordinates to the playground portion. The Tempe Center for the Arts is 7 minutes away from where google say this park is.

It is a perfect place to practice...If your around when the Cubs play they will sometimes throw ball in front of the hotel....there is plenty of room!!! Good Luck!!
