Wow this place was excellent, kudos to Tempe for putting together a park like this. Me and my 2 favorite people looked around the entire valley for a city pool and Hudson was one of the only places with a splash open late ( closed @ 10pm). We loved this park.

Great park. Rangers should ease off on the homeless people. It was like watching an 80s teen movie where the king of the mountain ski bullies are the park rangers and the homeless people are the misunderstood snowboarders. Seriously... Park rangers need to drink less red bull or something. Park is beautiful and lots of shade. Water station keeps area a little cooler.

Yes it is open
Yes all of the scooters except for the lime scooters. Tempe has banned the use of lime scooters in its city limits. Lime scooters can only be used in the Scottsdale and mesa city limits. I know this stuff because I work for the lime scooter company. I hope this answers your question.
