1pm but get there early. Last week, Thanksgiving week, I showed up at 12:30 and was still number 10 in line.. It is also a drive-through setup so you park on the side of the building (Ave. C). Someone will come out with a clipboard and take down your name. Once they open they will direct traffic and it goes pretty quickly after that (I was driving away by 1:09)
