I had a few questions via email over a few weeks that were promptly answered. I placed an order after close on a business day and the next morning my order had been fulfilled and shipping information was provided by a little after 9am. Thank you for the great service!

First off you CANNOT call Drip Depot, there is no phone number on their website and can only be found through google maps whereby you get a recording to email them. I had two packages overnighted and placed the order late Friday, there website noted it would be shipped the following day, Saturday, it was not. Shipped Monday whereby I requested them to have it held at the local FedEx facility so I could pick it up in the morning, all emails by the way. They said they did but I confirmed with FedEx that NO request was made. Unfortunately, they ship with a restriction with FedEx that ONLY the shipper can change the address, thus I was unable to change the delivery destination. I have used this company before but will not in the future, no service thus no customers.

I stumbled upon Drip Depot in a search for products to build and assemble a drip tape irrigation system and I am so grateful I did. Not only is there website an encyclopedia of information, instructions, technical specifications, how-to graphics and videos, and product guidelines, but also their customer service is simply outstanding. I'm a brand newbie at irrigation system design and their instructional materials and videos guided me through everything I needed to envision, design and order parts for my system. And sure enough as a newcomer, I [gasp!] ordered a wrong part for my hose bibb head assembly. I emailed Drip Depot when I couldn't figure out the problem, and the customer service team immediately recognized where I'd gotten things wrong, identified the necessary replacement part, gave me a credit for shipping and set up a return authorization all in about 5 minutes. And the replacement part shipped the same day and arrived 48 hours later! I've known of this company for a little more than 2 weeks, and cannot say enough good things about them. I'm a customer for life now. For all things irrigation, you won't do better than Drip Depot!
