Bought my new fence and asked for whatever's cheapest. Half my slats were split, moldy, and unusable. The owner Jake told me he wouldn't take back the bad ones. So I was stuck with half a fence. He told me if he took back the bad ones, the next guy would get more bad than good boards. He told me "Everyone knows you have to take the bad with the good." I had to take them ALL back. How does a company these days get away with selling a defective product.
