After New Horizon exposed over 200 H.I.V. Infected clients status without their permission ( in which New Horizon Center broke many privacy H.I.P.P.A Laws) did you at least inform clients that you say you care about?

Does New Horizon Center do background checks on all employees because there are in the neighborhood that 10 employees are convicted child molested who watch child pornography on their computers at work?
