Very unprofessional, these people told me that my goods have been held by the US customs, it turned out to be a lie, and their primary aim was to hold my electronics back for their own selfish reasons thereby destroying the little business I started. After I contacted US Customs, they said they didn’t have my goods, that I should contact the shipping company. I contacted express air and it turns out that a company employee took all my stuff.
