Over the last 6 mths. Every time we are in something is wrong with our order. Made wrong, undercooking, or wrong or missing items. Some Staff taking offence at returned food. For the first time in a while though I dealt with an awesome person on the phone. Rachel turned what was going to be a 1 star review into something with a lil more hope to it! 🤞🤞 This is the beginning of an upswing in service ❤️ Update: sadly never received my promised replacement meal coupon. Now a 2 star review.

You would think with the increased wages they might be able to make a proper burger. Wendy's used to be good but now they can't cook a burger all the way (seriously pink) and can't seem to figure out how a condiment dispenser works.

It might just be because I wasnt really ordering their specialty sandwiches in the past but, feel like Wendy's has improved alot recently. I feel bad for the employees around noon though cause the lines literally around the building.
