It was busy at ordering inside. Need more crew members I'm thinking. Waited 20 minutes for order. Clean restroom I appreciate that . Could be the strawberry frosty promotion going on with being so busy . Food was fresh and hot .

I thought $5 for a kid meal was a bit high, but when I saw the quality toy that was included and the delight on my granddaughter's face, it was definitely worth it. Considering we ordered during peak lunch hour, the service was pretty good! And friendly too!

Took the boys and one of their friends for lunch, decent quality food. One complaint: The inside of the restaurant was dirty as heck, they was garbage laying in a few places. But, it does look like they were cleaning it up, so nothing too major. Wasn't too busy, so that was nice.

Do not eat here. Love Wendy's but this one is so mismanaged. Slowest service in Spokane. Slow moving people, no one cares. The manager was slow and joking. Meanwhile 12+ cars in the drive through. Went inside and waited 2 minutes for someone to even get to the register. Then, waited for 10 minutes and was served BEFORE 2 other groups waiting ahead of me.
