The staff ignores me when i stand at the counter waiting to be serviced. I have waited up to 10 minutes and watched the staff walking towards the window counter seen them look at me and than turn their back on me and go away. I have walked out after waiting to be serviced but not gotten any service. I got a lemonade icey and the inside of the cup had a white residue on it. This has happened 2 times so far. Before when i order the watermelon strawberry icey it didnt have the residue in the cup. I feel like they do not want me as a customer.

It's a Mcdonalds, so the 3 stars is less of a knock than it is an accurate statement on their food. It is consistent, although the service has been pretty slow when I've done walk-ins, as the drive thru is prioritized much more highly. Honestly, I've spent less time waiting for my lunch at Kalico Kitchen across the street than I have waiting for two burgers at this Mcdonalds.

Long wait in the Drive through. Had to ask for napkins. Young kids working is great. They just need to be trained right. I give this place 3 star's...

They rushed me when I was trying to look over the order. I work in the service industry I understand speed of service times, that being said I also understand it's important to have someone with at least decent customer relations in the position of talking to the customer. I know that can be hard sometimes with the current job market but I definitely want impressed with my last visit at this location. I'll do a follow up review on my next experience.

Right after you leave the pick up window and have given the last car space to move forward, just park your car for 5 seconds and confirm you got what you ordered. Its GOING to happen. Expect it to that way you're not disappointed. Nowadays I never get disappointed unless they out something on there that I didnt ask for.
Right now both our lobby and drive thru close at 11pm. But in the next couple months we will be back to the hours of lobby open until 11pm and drive thru open till 12am
I was told that sometimes the online applications don't get to whomever they should. I was recommended that i ask to speak to the crew manager, & tell them about it. Hth!
Im the assistant store manager at this store and right now we close at 11,both lobby, and the drive thru but our hours will be going back to lobby closing at 11 and the drive thru at 12 here in the next month or two. We just changed hours for the winter.
The only breakfast item we dont make after breakfast hours are scrambled eggs.
