the manager here is a D**K!. Arrived at 10:35 am for two breakfast sandwiches I ordered on mobile app 30 minutes earlier as I was at a Dr. Appt. When I arrived the McDonald's App, which thinks breakfast stopped @ 10:30 am, and doesn't until 2. Anyway he tried to charge me $10+, when they were 2 for $6 with the app. I asked for the app price & he got Rude & said i'm canceling your order! What a Fat A** & a poor excuse for a manager! Wore shirt/tie, no name tag, sloppy and dripping sweat! NEVER will I go to Downtown McDonald's again, & you shout either!

When we where pulling in to the parking lot there was a man with his pants at his ankles which was disturbing, he pulled them on before going inside. Said man came in after we entered the building and stunk the while place up, I understand he is homeless but he honestly should have been asked to leave. The whole place smelled like feces. It completely ruined our appetites. Even after the man left it smelled so bad we couldn't even smell the food, just the stone sent of feces.

My order was Luke warm. No straw with my order. I won't be going back any time soon. Second time this has happened. It is inconvenient when something like this happens and the drive thru is the only thing opened. Was eating car in their parking lot .

The place was very clean, employees were friendly, professional, and VERY busy. My one criticism is the way orders were prioritized. I used the mobile app before I left home and chose to pick up in store, yet I waited longer than I ever have to get my order. It appeared that drive thru and delivery service orders were a priority, then customers at the counter were helped, followed by any mobile orders at the end of the line. As I see it, I place my order before leaving my house so that I could conveniently walk in and grab it and go. I think that's the point of the entire app system, right? Also, as far as I could tell, there was no system for telling me my order was ready other than flagging down an employee behind the counter. It would be nice to have the number displayed up on the screen somewhere telling me that my order was ready or not ready I think that would also let the employees know it was ready because it looked to me as if my order set for a little bit for it was noticed and given to me. Again, this is no criticism on the folks that work there. They all were doing the very best they could with a mountain of orders from all the different ordering systems available now. I just think the whole thing could be streamlined and more efficient.

Because in that area of town they have had alot of people shooting heroin/meth and or overdosing in the bathrooms..sad but true.
We just ordered four spicy McChickens & a big Mac & large fries got home and the food was dry & cold the two patties on the big Mac was burnt the smallest patties I ever seen on a big mack the food must have been on the warmer for a couple hours call and they said we can't do anything about that if our employee didn't give u a recite my stomache is so upset from just taking two bites from the big Mac it's the McDonald's on 3 Rd in Spokane Washington,Wa
