I used to enjoy going here, but this service was so horrible that we won't ever be returning. We ordered a plain burger with bacon, received a bun with bacon on it. Asked for it to be fixed correctly and to talk to the manager, but she was unavailable, the "burger" came back just like the first one. I went to the window and told them I needed a plain burger with only bacon on it. Gave us a cheese burger with bacon. I finally was able I get them to understand we wanted a bun with a plain burger patty and bacon on it. The shift manager came out and tried to tell me how to "properly" order. I understand things are tough and people are short staffed, but this is unacceptable.

45-1hr to get my food had to push the button after waiting 30 minutes after they said they were "on their way",asked where my food was and she asks my name then asked me what I ordered..... I placed a mobile order so I wouldn't have to wait! HA! WHAT A JOKE. Slushies were melted just a cold drink at that point and my food was literally room temperature, took the survey and I definitely won't come again any time soon. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Food is always good and I absolutely love their ice tea! Not to mention the ice is the perfect size in my opinion. Their tomatoes and lettuce they use for the burgers are never wilty or nasty. Staff is always friendly.

I'm alright with Sonic in Spokane. It's the same as most Sonics I've been too. The food tastes wonderful and I'm usually satisfied. Would have gave five stars if it didn't give me the next day pains so to speak.. but that's fast food for ya. Try their strawberry slushy though. No regrets there. 😂
