My name is Sandi Nick. I was a patient of Dr. Schwartz for over 4 years. I was satisfied with the care he provided until recently, a few months ago. He suddenly changed his practice, without informing his patients to a “holistic” approach. While I think that could be beneficial to many, it certainly is not helpful for many candidates like myself. Being told to “take an epsom salt bath”, & do some yoga is a ridiculous treatment plan for someone who suffers from cervical, lumbar herniations, arthritis, spinal stenos, just to name a few of the issues I have. I am extremely disappointed in his demeanor, lack of truthful communication, & lack of empathy he has displayed as of recent. I feel betrayed by him. A doctor takes a “hypacrsyic oath” to provide proper care & treatment for their patients who are suffering. Dr. Schwartz has failed miserably at this!!!

After two back surgeries in ten years, pain management, medications, etc. finally a place with people that care and take the time to listen to you. I don’t write reviews but for a first time I felt I had to. Main line spine has put some trust back into me about the medical world. Dr Effron and the staff are great and a big thanks to them all.

Lauren Ziegler PA-C and Dr. Rowe, are attentive, concerned practitioners. They explain everything thoroughly and readily answer all questions. I'm so glad I found therm and to be under their care for my orthopedic issues. In 2022, after 6 years with them I can only reaffirm my past comments. We are truly fortunate to have them, and their attentive staff, in our community to rely on in case of need. I recommend them highly.

Whatever the cause, the goal of Main Line Spine is to alleviate as much pain as possible and improve the quality of each of our patient's lives. We individually meet with each of our patients, and develop a plan, agreed on with each patient, on what therapies are best to provide as much medically grounded relief from pain as possible. Our care is interdisciplinary, which could include a combination of medications, interventions, physical therapy, and self-management techniques. The specifics of all treatment plans are individualized, and it is impossible to know what the appropriate course of treatment is for your mother until she has initially met with and been examined by a member of our clinical team.
