It was the best appointment when the man who attends at the entrance was very kind, the lady who attended my appointment was very kind even though I do not speak English, she put a translator for me; I give 5 stars to all the workers. God bless you and give you a lot of wisdom. A strong hug. I feel happy.

Don’t even bother making an appointment, You’ll not get one. They say, for any help make an appointment. But when you call for an appointment the IVRS says “Try again next business day” citing high call volume. Tried several times, same response every time. I wonder whether these guys are even in the office. Dont expect to get anything done from this office. If you try to get something done in person, they will say get an appointment, which is impossible to get.

Call and ask like you're getting tax transcripts, make sure you select you want to talk to someone and not the automated portion, once you're on the phone with someone to get tax transcripts then you can ask them to transfer you to where you need to go!

2 options: 1. Make an appointment for the walk-in office. You can receive a draft of the letter there. Then the official letter can be generated, which you should receive by mail within 2 weeks. 2. Call the business phone number and request it 800-829-4933.
