The car was perfect for me during my trip. The car was extremely clean and held up pretty good for autocross. Agent Alym was extremely helpful! He made me feel important, like a VIP. I would rate my experience 11/10. I usually rent from Alamo, but will always be going here now just for the the customer service and satisfaction.

If I could give negative stars this would be a -5 star review. Agent Ali had the customer service skill that I have ever ran into while renting from Budget. I was made to walk a really long way to pick of my car. This wasn't an issue at first. This became an issue for me when I returned the car today. The store was open and there was a man there that was being help by him. Ali picked this man's rental up and drove it over to him. I did ask him why I didn't get this same service. He did not answer my question. I'm not sure if it was because I was a woman or because of the color of my skin. The gentleman did happen to be white. I would also like to mention that he didn't lock the store up until I got there which just seemed strange. He was out there for a long time before coming in. Paul Borisov is the manager (Agency Operator) and apparently never available. The car I received was not only dirty, the volume of the vehicle didn't work properly. Please don't use this location especially if you are a minority woman.
