Agree with the other reviewers. Horrible location and staff service hurting LabCorp’s brand with staff who simply don’t want to be there.

During my first visit, I tried to do a walk-in for an employment screening but I couldn’t be seen since they only accept these during 8-12. I called ahead and no one answered and the website doesn’t list these specific hours. I came back on a Monday and checked in as a walk-in. I only waited for about 15-20 minutes and the person that assisted me was very kind and helpful. It only took about 5 minutes to complete and the next steps were explained clearly. I have 3 stars because I understand that many businesses are understaffed due to corporate reasons and workers are stressed in these environments. I know that the negative reviews have a lot of validity to them and many of the concerns could be addressed with some changes. The best way to handle coming here is to make an appointment if you can, come as early as possible and be patient with the staff.

This LabCorp location is like a well oiled machine and the people that work there are so pleasant. They make sure you get in and out at easy, explain everything and are happy while doing it!

Probably the most poorly managed labcorp I have ever been to in my life. Front desk lady was incredibly rude , Ill-tempered and spoke condescendingly to several people who checked in. People who complain either get checked in and taken care of first, or are met with backlash , poor language and terrible service. The others have to sit quietly lest incur profuse vanity from the technician at the front. This was the most shocking experience I have had where people who check in for a medical service are met with a terrible terrible experience.
