I do not take Google reviews at face value, I've done my homework. I have someone whom I love and care about deeply, we'll call him Ray,If I'm notified of ANY abuse or neglect from said loved one, any and all evolved will answer in a court of law.

This place is a dumpster fire. The building is filthy they had patients sweeping and mopping the common areas and hallways. The food is disgusting I had better food at the homeless shelter. The patients were almost fist fighting each other. The techs let it escalate when they should be de escalating the situation. it's extremely disorganized with paperwork and meds. I left over medicated and feeling like I wasted 2 weeks sleeping. If you are getting a ride from Roxbury they won't take you to the ER to get ur car they drop you off at a residence only so I had to Uber to get my car One plus is you can still smoke. I'm giving one star only because miss diva and miss cami we're amazing and tried to help me and find answers. Besides cami and diva being amazing everyone else employed there is only worried about a check or making friends with certain patients instead of quality patient care. If you or a loved one needs help I reccomend Lancaster behavioral hospital

Being allowed to smoke outside for break was the only memorable thing about this place. I was "treated" there a few years ago and came in voluntarily. I ended up being 302'd because of an anxiety attack and needing some air. I was only supposed to be held for max 72 hours and so because of the 302, I wound up there for about a month. I missed a concert which I paid for ($100+) and was not compensated for that (of course), had my birthday there (very miserable) and was pretty much held against my will and the doctor there at the time was completely incompetent! Also, one of my shirts was stolen as well and they never found it. It's frustrating to see how much of a failure this place continues to be with the most recent reviews. It's unfortunate to see this place is even still around. Shame on you.

Depends on what u r coming in for. If u r coming in on rehab side u will talk with a counselor n they can better steer u towards the right treatment plan for u
They have separate rooms to sleep in for males and females. Yes, they have groups that are coed with the staff.
You have to have a referral from a hospital.
Yes
Call the number on their website and speak with the receptionist. They will assist you.
Complicated process. Doesnt exactly work that way.
It depends on your insurance . Some is 14 days others is 21 or 28 days stay . Sone just come for detox but the longest is a 28 day stay
5 a day
It will look good on her part if she completes this, anything she does either will help in some way or hurt badly in another.Depending also on how she does, this place might write, speak on her behalf to say how well she did and what steps shes taking to better her life and family's. So yes, these place can, have and will help someone in this case or hurt any chances in her getting them back. Its hard but tell her to focus first on getting help/RECOVERY,then fix tha next issue.going to a place like this and worrying about other things, yea is hard and understandable doing so,but if ur/her only focus is something else and not oneself...well Its wrong and don't look good, but to show remorse for a wrong is good,as long as ur/her focus is on her/him gettin better and well enough to help another,or this case help get tha babies back no matter how old!!! All this is said with respect and love my friend,so focus and achieve...remembering To relax and breathe first!!! Best of luck. Blessed be...
Yes u can
The psych side. No, they are provided for the patients. The Chemical dependency unit, yes. But I would bring your own. Because you only have access to your safe so many times week.
