Thank you to Patricia for PERFECTLY using your active listening skills, and empathy, to hear my distress when I was trying to find care for a loved one in crisis. After making over 20 phone calls to mental health places all over the state, you were the only one who was able to jump in to action and take some steps that were truly above and beyond. Through all of this, you also maintained perfect HIPAA compliance. My friend got the care they needed, in the time frame that was needed. My friend also reports that you advocated for them to the insurance company as well. Thank you for listening and thank you for acting. To the entire team and staff at this location, I thank you as well! You all went above and beyond.

I discharged because of the Covid 19 break out shut down the whole ward and the operator for administration was basically turning me away, alcohol is a disease, I go to Chucky Cheese and they serve beer, it is everywhere, I have had a good experience with West Pines however her questioning was not supportive of recovery. I feel a medical detox doesn't need such a lecture. They have no social distance and they waited 2.5 whole days to test and kick people out with false expectations. I will just work with my after plan...this intake operator was 0% help to my recovery. She even questioned my pre-planned apt for just a detox and tried to push me out a day. Loco!!! I was in residential treatment for 30 hours and it averaged to close to 1 patient an hour, total disregard for patient safety and they still closed it down. I will pray for the Dr's and Nurses that were great that they stay healthy and keep recovering their main focus.

Yes. But only for like 10 to 14 days. Contact West Pines or Colorado Health First to be sure.
Y noone answered above question?
They have an excellent detox program! Skilled nurses and doctors. They will do a full medical detox. Then there is an inpatient program you can go to for a couple of weeks, and transition into their chemical dependancy intensive outpatient group, which I am currently doing. Great program!
On a limited basis.
They have 2 other places at the same location that are longer term that they can try to send you to. Let them know you're not ready to leave and they will help you find a residential rehab/SOBER living home
They take Medicaid
I'd try for getting Medicaid or just going to the Lutheran emergency room. Jefferson Co Crisis Center can help.
As far as I know they only accept Medicaid through their detox program.
Clothes, medications, and toiletries
If you are really concerned about their drug test procedure and how to beat it you're obviously not in a place for recovery treatment...
They use many different kinds of medications for helping with detox
Out patient you do not have to be away from home except for the classes 3 hours 3 days a week. In patient depends but around 2-3 weeks.
Depending on what you are needing help with
Yes, West Pines excepts Blue Cross / Blue Shield and is in network for all major insurance providers.
Medicaid does not currently cover residential treatment in Colorado; however, there are state grant funds that cover residential. West Pines does have some state funded residential beds.
Yes they do... its a good program...
Yes, West Pines offers detoxification from Benzodiazepines.
