Love the coach lead class style! Let’s me turn my brain off and just follow along with the workouts! Toughest workout I’ve ever done but still looking forward to the next one

First and foremost the coaches! Led by our amazing head coach Alex, all of them bring out the best in you, and genuinely care about your fitness goals. The staff led by our fearless studio manager Tara are friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere in general at the Langhorne studio is one of the best I've seen after visiting multiple OTF studios around the country (all of which are great), but my home studio in Langhorne is the best (yes I'm biased ;) )

I signed up for a class online and drove 45 minutes to attend only to find out the app had an error. No one accepted responsibility for the issue.

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

New to this. I'm interested in spin classes & honestly geared to 50lb weight loss after pregnancy. What exactly would you recommend? I plan on getting a membership but how many classes per week for maximum weightloss for a beginner?

I recommend 3-4 classes a week. Also include changes to what you are eating.

It’s our top priority to keep our staff and members safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. As recommendations and data change rapidly, our Medical Advisory Board is working hard to ensure studios follow CDC guidance, in addition to state and local government guidance. We recommend contacting your local studio for more information.
