Earlier this year, I originally posted five-star and positive reviews in February. Now I'm posting as one star or even none. It started well but after my permanent dental bridge and a crown. I started having problems one after another, got two root canals, and the crown was in pain. Once I complained of pain, the dentist suddenly changed and replaced me with another dentist without explanation/reason. I complained for three months straight that nothing was resolved even though they referred me to their endodontics in April, and he said nothing wrong; he said I had big roots and sensitive gum and needed a root canal, my third one, so I had it done at Alpha. After that, I couldn't go back for two months in June/July because I had cochlear implant surgery in both ears. We came back for cleaning in August, and I was told I got many cavities and a crown on one of my molars. I was shocked; how is that possible? I had a cleaning done in January by another dentist (NOT at Alpha); he said everything was fine. I even changed my toothbrush, paste, and prescription medications on advice from both Alpha and the endodontist they referred me to, and I even bought Waterpik nothing gave me any relief from crown pain. I got frustrated, and so was my husband; we canceled our appointment and decided not to come back. There was a voicemail left on my phone, and it came from Dr. Patel. I'm peeved why they keep calling me on my phone number, knowing that I am deaf and cannot use cell phone communication. My husband made it clear to the receptionist at the office not once but four times not to call me at this number but to call him at his number instead. I went back to my original dentist - he told me the dental bridge was done poorly, and the pain in the crown was not the gum problem; they did not do a good job with the root canals in the first place. He referred me to another endodontist for another opinion. I asked him how's my overall dental apart from dental problems, and he said everything looked good, with no cavities or fixing needed. The endodontist listened to my history and the reports; he looked at my dental bridge and crown; he said that the dental bridge had done poorly, and the root canals showed gaps after taking the x-ray. He advised me to have a 3D scan to make sure and for clearer clarification and asked us to wait for two days for the result. He found my crown tooth fractured two days after reviewing the 3D scan. Unfortunately, the endodontist that Alpha was referred to did not do the 3D scan back in April. The dentist and the endodontist told us that Alpha lied about recommending the dental bridge because of my front tooth extraction based on their opinion for cosmetic reasons. We were told by Alpha that they believed it was the best option in my case. They also said there is no temporary dental to cover the extracted tooth and that the dental implant is not the answer because it would look bad due to unevenness. We trusted Alpha, which was our mistake in the first place; we learned our lesson and moved on. We're done with Alpha; no more; we will not go back ever again. Please do not sign papers and get a second opinion before agreeing to any major dental work! Also, do not be tempted by Alpha's attractive promotions and financial offers; always read the fine print. Finally, this dental place is only best for patients with minor dental care like annual cleaning only that's it, period.

The staff is very friendly and thoughtful. They are also trying to make sure you are comfortable within there means. I had a lot of work done to my teeth, by Dr Mohil and was never uncomfortable, he was very professional; and love the way my smile looks now when I hated it before. If you are looking for a dentist or oral surgeon would definitely recommend Alpha Dental.

They promised me that they would be able to help my son with dental implants. I let them know exactly what he needed and I did not want to set him up for failure yet again! They assured me no matter what they could help me with in house financing! Turns out when they found out they couldn't get other financing for him they stopped returning our phone calls!!!! They only want your money!!!! They don't care about what they promise you!!!!! I will be contacting the better business bureau along with channel six news Nidayah Hahn!!!!!!!
