Staff was friendly and helpful in setting up an appointment for an MRI of my foot. Facility is fairly easy to find behind the Oxford Valley Mall. Was reasonably clean and they had private dressing rooms and lockers for your clothes and personal items but the "inner" waiting room felt very exposed (while you were in the gowns/paper shorts). Technician for the MRI was courteous and explained what was going to happen in detail.

First I want to start with an issue with my insurance company and I was contacted by Judy who helped me though everything to get it straightened out. I went in for an MRI for my shoulder and my back on Wed and they were polite and made the process smooth. I went back for my MRI and I asked if they could do the shoulder first as I may not be able to do both and my priority was my shoulder. They agreed and worked with me as they could see I was nervous and stressed. She got me on the table and started to move me into the machine and I could not do it, I freaked out. The tech helped me up and then right away got me rescheduled for the next morning to do an open MRI (they didnt have to do this) I went in Thursday morning as the first appointment and I was greeted by the same happy, smiling staff who again calmed me down and took me right back. I was able to have both MRI's completed. Each one of the staff was very accommodating and each one told me I would be okay. I could not have had an easier process and a staff that is worried about me the customer. Great job and a great experience. I thank the Langhorne staff for everything.

I've been going to the Langhorne location for years. Everyone is friendly and pleasant. I can always get an appointment in a timely manner. I would reccomend Akumin.

Akumin from the second I set up my appointment we’re absolutely terrific! The staff was extremely friendly and the facility itself is extremely clean. The gentleman who injected my iv contrast for my ct scan was incredible, didn’t even flinch when he inserted it. Overall experience extremely pleasant. Absolutely recommend!
