More frustration than they're worth, go somewhere else! The staff are very nice but I'm calling about a scheduling emergency and no one is answering the phone, I called the number on their website and it says it's an unavailable number, appointments that are scheduled for say 3:00 start at 3:15 - 3:30, people who enter after I arrive are seen before I am more than a handful of times, some of the staff are gossiping while working on me, and the only PA branch is only open on Tuesdays, so if a scheduling conflict arises there's no way to call until the day of unless I know the week before. If your insurance only covers Pennsylvania providers DO NOT GO HERE ITS TOO FRUSTRATING!!!!

Staff is rude,never return calls,they see you standing at the front desk so they pretend to be busy, I stood there bout 15 mins while the staff had a conversation about their weekend. I will be switching offices real soon.

Great place. Absolutely love the front desk staff, especially the super nice gentleman who is there every single time we go. Always super nice and helpful. Never seems bothered when we have extra requests. Most of the orthodontist assistants are nice as well. My daughter had 1 girl there who was not too friendly, but we haven't seen her there the last few appts so perhaps she is no longer there. The orthodontists there that we have met so far are all so nice and know what they are doing. The only issue I've ever ran into there is a couple billing problems in the beginning of my daughter's visits, but those were resolved. And we find it very difficult to get call backs if she runs into problems with a broken bracket or wire. We usually don't get a call back and end up waiting until our next appt. But other than that, they are awesome there!

This worst experience ever..... They speak to you from a sitting position no one ever get up and meet you and the counter. They fail to fully communicate the entire process. Take your money and then want to have side conversation with each other. The entire staff needs to be retained. I will never refer anyone, not even my dog.
