The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Years ago, after going to several doctors and the ER twice, Dr Warner diagnosed that my hip was out of place! I finally got relief! She has helped me over the years stay off medications and get my numbers where they should be.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Warner. I did a LOT of research about seeing a functional medicine doctor, before deciding to see her. I originally started seeing her to discover the root cause of my hormonal imbalances because I had 2 miscarriages. I am still seeing her, over a year later, even though I'm no longer trying to conceive, because she is assisting me in attaining a complete healthy lifestyle. We discuss my home life, work life, and discuss ways to help achieve my overall health goals, with the way I do life. I have never had a Dr. have the discussions that Dr. Wendy and I have had. I appreciate how much she digs into my life to figure out ways in which I can keep stress low, and hormones balanced. They are all connected, and I wish more doctors would look at the entire picture the way she does. She also recommends supplements that can be purchased on my own, or she gives recommendations on who to use, and explains why. I see her from out of state, via web meeting and I get more than ample time with her to discuss all that pertains to my health. I highly recommend her.

They say you get what you pay for. I thought Dr. Warner was gonna be my saving grace. I’ve saved to see her for years, and when I finally got appointments with her, I was disappointed in her cold demeanor; she wasn’t the kind of friendly you’d want somebody to be when dealing with your health. I spent well over $1,000 with her alone not including the constant supplements & the bloodwork. I would go weeks, months without hearing from her, and when I would email, I would get vague responses, if a response at all. I was pretty much on my own. All I got out of this, was a guideline diet that wasn’t customized to my needs, no check ins or check ups seeing how my healing journey was going. Just her trying to prescribe me more supplements and telling me I couldn’t even meditate on my own, that I should pay $100+ more dollars to use her guy because if I did it on my own, it wouldn’t be effective, when plenty of people have success on their own. Maybe some pointers would’ve helped. Just felt like a money scam. I felt like she was gonna be the kind of doctor that would actually be involved and care about her patients health and progress, well that’s not the experience I got at all. Just another doctor who could really care less. Disappointing. I could’ve saved all that money and did it on my own, when I pretty much did anyway. I got absolutely NOTHING out of the money I spent with her. When I told her receptionist I wasn’t returning and she asked why, I explained to her and all I got was “aww sorry to hear that, okay bye” instead of trying to offer a way to fix the problem. Guess it wasn’t the first time she’s heard it. I’m sad to write this because I was really hoping for a better experience, I was hoping she was gonna be the one to actually help. but maybe this review will save somebody else the extra dollars and to seek elsewhere.

She has zero clue about hormones! Made me take some drug that caused 7 blood transfusions and almost death! Took my $58,000 and told me to breath for $100 an hour to breathe with her weird husband! Awful Lady

I am not a cardiologist, but I'm trained to deal with cardiometabolic issues from a functional medicine perspective and do so frequently in my practice. I'm not aware of any functional medicine cardiologists closer to you, but you could check IFM's website (if you haven't already). Best of luck.
Hi Louise. Yes, I'm trained in integrative functional medicine; that is the thrust of my practice. I shouldn't be your family doctor, as I no longer have hospital privileges and my visits are primarily consultative only--so keep your primary, just in case! Generally, most insurance plans cover testing that I order through the main labs, but you'll need to check with your specific carrier--HMO's sometimes won't cover things that I order. Hope to meet in person one day!
No, I've opted out of Medicare. That means, unfortunately, that it's all out of pocket for those on Medicare. When these patients choose to see me, we have them sign a contract that states they are receiving care from a non-provider and that they cannot try to get reimbursed from Medicare. Occasionally, a supplemental carrier will choose to reimburse the visit if they have a copy of that contract, but you'd have to check with your individual carrier. Good luck!
