I called this store with a question about how the rewards coupons worked. I was given the wrong information and as I tried to get clarification the store clerk hung up on me. I stopped soon after to explain what happened and a person who claimed to be the manager also gave me the wrong information on how the rewards coupons worked.

Went to this location to try and get my COVID booster last week. The pharmacist there (couldn't read her jacket very well, but it looked like her name was Jin-Na, or something like that) was extremely rude in "helping" me. I did my first two shots as a walk-in, but she acted as if I committed a cardinal sin by walking in. There was only one other person that MAYBE was ahead of me, and I had no problem waiting however long I needed to. She also refused to help me after wasting my time entering my info because I wasn't "ready" for a booster by one week. Are you kidding me?! One week won't be an issue. Now, I have to wait two weeks to get my booster instead. I understand people are busy, but there's professional courtesy that is still a part of what these people do. I wouldn't have bothered writing this if the service was so poor. Choose a friendlier location.
