Called AER Trailers w/a question about my two place jet ski trailer. Looked like there was grease coming out from the wheel bearing. Dave said to bring it in and he would have a look. I was there all of 10 minutes when he looked at it, told me there was plenty of grease and put a new cap on that was not in good shape. When asked what I owe him, he took nothing. Keep in mind, I’ve never gone business with them and he doesn’t know me. This is great customer service. When in the market got a trailer, I will be stopping here. Thanks Dave

These guys are awesome. I needed a last minute repair to my camper (totally my fault for not catching it sooner) and AER squeezed me in. Highly recommend. BUT don't be like me...plan ahead so they don't have to scramble.

Great experience buying a small trailer here. I wouldn't waste time going elsewhere. Even with a small trailer, Dave the owner took time to explain some different options to me. I even shared a possible option from FB marketplace with him and we talked it over. He was very relaxed and definitely just wanted me to make the decision best for me. No pressure. Completely understanding. Gotta love all that. Ultimately I came back 24 hours later after thinking about it and purchased the 5x8. They also had everything that I needed to go along with it, locks, spare tire, etc (and all fairly priced.) Before I left the lot they showed me hook up, basic maintenance, and tested lights. I highly recommend shopping here!

The customer service was good. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about their product. I just bought the 5 x8 Karavan galvanized trailer. I can fit full sheets of drywall on it with the rear gate on, which isn't the case for many trailers. So far so good.
