We are open M-F from 10am-5pm for walk-ins so no appointment is necessary. Your question asked about Canadian Passports, so to be clear, we offer photo services for passports only, we do not process Canadian Passports. We provide Canadian Passport Photo Services as well as the USA Photos and other Visa Pictures. Thank you!
Thanks for contacting Alive Scan Fingerprinting. We capture fingerprints on the cards for out of state purposes. The electronic fingerprinting is for CA purposes only. How this helps!
The results of the live scan are sent only to the requesting agency (ex. Employer, Board of RNs, Bureau of Real Estate.....). The DOJ typically processes and completes the fingerprints within a couple days. The employer or agency you get live scanned for are the only people who will see the results. The live scan vendors or applicant do not receive these results or notification when they are completed. Companies are not authorized to share this information with other employers since it's your personal information, so unfortunately if you need another live scan for a different employer or license you would have to run a new live scan for that specific employer/agency. The CA Dept of Justice regulates the process. Hope this helps!
