Of all the bad customer service now a days it doesn't get much worse than this place. Dropped off chainsaw on 12/8/20 to be looked at and he said it would be about 3 weeks, no problem. Called on 1/18/21, no answer. Called on 1/19/21, no answer. Stopped in to see the status of the repair and was told, 'not sure when I will be able to look at it, I am working on snow blowers'. I asked when will be able to look at it and received the same answer but couldn't give me a time frame. After 6 weeks never looked at it and couldn't tell me when he was going to. Very unprofessional.

I bought a snow blower from here and it was basically brand new at a less than new price. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely do business here again as he services lots of equipment. (Lawn mowers, string trimmers, tools, ect)

Took my jiffy pro 4 lite propane ice auger in for warranty work. I dropped it off and he took care of everything with jiffy. Got it back and it runs better than new with the carb now properly tuned. I would take it here again if needed. Also he has a good amount of jiffy parts in stock, so I found a new place to get my parts locally. Has blades, oil, plugs, auger extensions etc.
