My wife's family lives here and yes like everywhere else they have issues... but the management takes care of the problem in a day or two depending on the level of urgency.. Residents are friendly and all help to take care of each other... As far as roaches and rats we have never seen any as keeping the apartment clean is key... and of course spraying every three months...

I've been here for over a year I have heard that the old owners had roach infestation and there were mice. I have never seen any RATS or mice but Snowball comes and sprays if you leave Denise a message.Things aren't perfect but management is doing there best considering what the be had to deal with. A fire in one of the apts flooding in basement apts. And boiler issues this all cost money and the market rent isn't that expensive.The new owners are trying, and So is Denise...

I love the apartment layout but I wouldn't recommend moving to ravenwood apartments. I have been a resident for 3 years and there has been a new owner every year. And there is always a problem in the office each time a new owner comes in. They always come up with some type of fees and they dont send letters to let you know the new policies of the new owners.

Ever since the new management company has taken over this place has went down hill. I've lived here for almost 4 years and never had this much trouble. I've been trying for months to get them to come fix things and nothing. The woman in the office, Doddie is rude and lies. I think its time to move. I do not recommend living here.
