I tried putting a tour in for their apartment multiple times and got nothing back. Had my boyfriend do so and they responded back asap and said he can come in. I think it’s messed up they look at names and debate if they want that person in or not.. also from what I’ve read these apartments aren't even worth it & doesn’t care about their renters health and just want the money. Me & my boyfriend are definitely staying away now and changing my options.

I loved my apartment the first day I saw it and still do. I have a two bedroom, two baths facing the woods. I love nature so this apartment was a great fit for me. The staff are very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. I had an issue with my master bedroom ceiling fan and maintenance came out and decided it needed replaced. The next day it was installed and prettier than the one before. Thanks Montana! I would recommend living here. And give it a 5/5! ~ Q

The management is Awesome. They answer their phones in a timely manner, always courteous. The maintenance staff are great guys. Jeff and Lance are the Super team. I have lived here 6 years and consider everyone here family. Roz

I was excited to get a approved for this apartment. It was central to everything that I did. But their apartments are very small and outdated. I do not recommend for families with older children. Make sure you view your unit and that they provide new carpeting, mine appeared and smelled like it may have been steam cleaned. Every time I walked into my master bedroom I could smell a "slobber" odor, the entire time I stayed there. Their windows need to be updated, they hold condensation from the cold and the heat causing mold to grow rapidly in your windows, so keep a towel and bleach for your windows near and check them frequently. The doors to my bedrooms were coming off of the hinges and coming apart from the day that I moved in and maintenance came in and took the master bedroom door off and used glue to reinforce the door and painted over it and put it back up instead of replacing it (And left wood from the door across my bedroom floor instead of cleaning up after themselves). So, quite naturally the glue and paint began to stick to the wall every time the door was opened and closed. After this my 2nd bedroom door came apart and broke at the hinge, I mean the wood was falling out of the door, UNBELIEVABLE! The maintenance men came in and said that it was because my kids were trying to close/open the door with a mattress on the floor near the door. They made up there own theory about what happened and I told them it fell while we were gone and they charged me 40 dollars for coming in to do what they did to my master bedroom door, glue it and paint over the problem because they were too cheap to replace the door! My kids had twin sized mattresses that did not come near the clearance of the door opening and closing, the mattress would have caught the edge of the door not the hinge that is connected to the wall! So their made up theory is wrong! The second door problem happened maybe at the beginning of my second month living there, so I guess I was out of my window to report any issues that they would repair, so they tried to put it on me. At the same time of disputing these accusations about the door to the leasing manager I also reported to her to have them come back and fix the master bedroom door because it was sticking and the door was beginning to separate at the corner. Do you think they came back to fix that? NO! I also downsized when I moved into this apartment and had a lot of extra furniture that I was still trying to get rid of, and my sons brothers spent the night so I pulled out and extra mattress and it was in the living room/dining room area(That's how small it is, when you are in the living room you are also in the dining room) and the maintenance guys reported to the leasing manager that there was an extra bed in another area and the leasing manager questioned me about how many people were in the unit. The nerve! All because I disputed their accusations! These 60 year old and above maintenance guys were in my apartment half a**ing their work and making up stories. This place is a joke and they need to remove the word ''Luxury" from their sign. They may have been luxury when they were first built, but not today! And the rent amount is way too high for the small amount of living space that they offer. With all of this I ended up ending the lease early and paying all the fees to get the heck up out of there! And I get a call from a collection company months later saying I owe money! I don't think so, I left the doors the same way that they gave them to me, BROKEN! So with all this being said I am very dissatisfied and the rating would be much lower if I could. Stay away from here unless you're just here for a month to month, because they will fix it up for it to last about that long before everything starts to fall apart and you notice how low the quality is for amount of rent they are charging! Click on my name to view the other photos. Couldnt upload the videos, you could see water leaking from the windows&bdrm dr off track.
