I been living here for two years now and I really can say I love it here. I plan on staying for a while and the community is quiet Ashley and Morgan is amazing leasing staff and without them I wouldn’t be here. I dont live at the complex but I know someone who does. This place is trifling. And when there's snow noone came to clean it up so people can at least walk to the door. Saw used condom right in front of walkway, was never cleaned up. They never clean the dead mosquitoes off the walls. This is my very first apartment on my own. I was extremely excited to move into this place after visiting the rental office and meeting the staff members. Almost a whole year later and I am beyond dissatisfied. -OVER PRICED -AMENITIES ARE NEVER OPEN (gym, pool, movie theater.) - even though I gave them the benefit of the doubt during the pandemic... other residents tell me that the pool has been closed for 2 years!!! - STAFF NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE OR EMAILS -MY BUILDING IS NOT SECURE (broken door knob) AND RARELY VACUUMED -NO SECURITY CAMERAS (yet they invested in mandatory internet regardless if you have your own), even though there has been multiple counts of theft - I AM SCARED TO DEATH TO TAKE MY DOG OUT AT NIGHT BECAUSE OF COYOTES I honestly never do reviews, but this is one that seems very necessary. If I had known half of what I do now before I moved in, I would have looked else where. I was paying the same amount as I am now in a 3 bdr , 2.5 bath HOME in NC. Leaving at the end of my lease.

There is a $500 community fee but that community was out of order 98% of the time. The outdoor pool was out of order most of the summer, the workout room and movie theater was also out of order. I moved out in June and still have not received my deposit, what little I'm getting back it's not even worth fighting for. The staff is very friendly, only positive I can give this place. I could hear every move the upstairs neighbor made. My toilet was out of order for almost a month and they expected me to live there without plumbing. I would not recommend. I've never heard of a place with a $500 community fee, especially when most of the amenities were out of order. I've found much nicer places with a lower price. This place run down apartment complex in disguise. So over priced for what it really is.
