After waiting about 20 minutes for someone to appear at the reception, the woman arrives and tells me that the registration is online and when they start doing it they ask you for information about your entire life. My visit was for a DOT drug test and the registration form with errors that does not work properly, even so the girl gets angry when she asks her a question. Second time I come to this place and the second time I have to go if I get results. Terrible system for registering and poor customer service

No! I have been trying to get ahold of some all day. Then when someone finally answered I was told they were to busy to speak with me & I had to come in to the office
I can't say it happens alot but I had a similar experience when I called and was told a Dr. was there only to find out after taking 2 buses to get there that the only Dr. that had been there went home early and it was only about 3:00 in the afternoon with no other Dr. coming in. They were just sending patients to other locations. Wish they had told me this before I bussed it all the way there.
