No! I have been trying to get ahold of some all day. Then when someone finally answered I was told they were to busy to speak with me & I had to come in to the office
I called and got an immediate response by a cordial, friendly person
I wouldn't count on it. Called upwards of ten times with no answer. There front desk person (the one working in the evening on 11-9-2021) is horrible, rude, flippant, disrespectful, and literally ignored the ringing phone the entire time i was there, even when there was only two people in the front waiting area and no one demanding his intention. Seemed more concerned with watching Shrek (the movie they had playing in the waiting area).

I had the same issue but was able to get a hold of someone in time. The front desk staff seemed beyond busy so I would not put that on them.
