When my daughter and my son first moved into Eden 3 years ago, I personally picked her apartment and was so excited and felt so comfortable with my children living here, especially since I would be still living in Texas. I had no idea that everything was a facade. My kids went 3 years with a broken sink I gave them a benefit of the doubt because of COVID even though they did not show the same benefit towards the tenants. doing COVID. They were charging late fees and not discussing it with the tenants so that you can get a large amount just so they can try to put you out. My kids downsides into a two bedroom moving into the two bedroom. The refrigerator did not work. They claimed they were going to come fix it soon. It has now been almost 90 days and the refrigerator is still broken. I am beyond disappointed with these properties and with this management company but they got the wrong mama bear if they think I'm going to continue to let them take advantage of my daughter. You got the right one today So corporate get ready to get a visit from me

Complete trash. I complained about one of their workers then got a 3 day notice. Thats called retalitory harrassment and I will be filing harrassment charges.

I lease at their empire property in henderson nv. Despite their turnover in staff the 2 years I have lived their...the property group has maintained a great customer service team

The staff is very professional and nice and the maintenance team are always fast and Iour complex is very clean. I have been living here since 2018 rent is very pricey and that's why the rating is a 4
