This is not a good service. I have called and sent e-mails concerning my issues. We ordered internet and have not had one single day that we can actually use it with no issues. Every person I have spoke to are not even close to being on the same page giving me different information. I have had the service for 2 and a half months and it has only caused more issues. I want the account canceled and not have early termination fees being charged against me. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for a service that I have not been able to use since the start. They have not been able to answer/fix as to why it is constantly buffering and will not play. If it hasn’t worked even one day with 75 gigs of data, then how will 100 gigs do anything different. Upping data is not not fixing the problem as to why it will not work. I have literally tried everything and have done multiple diagnostics to try and fix. Now they want to charge me an extra 800 dollars for canceling a service that has not worked one time. Never thought I would say that an internet company has created a hostile environment in my home..

Not happy at all with their customer service. I called the 1800 number to get help for my mom's account. She was promised a mail in rebate card of $300 dollars. when the card never arrived after she signed up, we decided to call and see what was going on. We call the 1800 number and the auto system kept saying we didn't have an account. which I found hard to believe since we get a bill from them every month. We finally got through to customer service in the billing department only to get hung up on two time in a row. I asked for a manager on the third time and never got to speak with a manager. However, the person that answer the phone the third time did inform me to go online and created and account. Then download two of my bills and upload them to get the rebate sent to us in 5 to 8 weeks. I feel this company was dishonest from the word go. They really need to get better customer service and stop ripping people off. If you say you are going to give a $300 dollar rebate you shouldn't have your customers jump through hoops to get it. They chose to do business with you, and they could of chose to go to one of your competitors instead. show some respect. Still waiting on the manager to call bet we don't get that call.

Hughesnet is extremely slow and unreliable. Couldn't wait to get out of our contract and cancel.
