This place has Roaches. Me and my husband had family come into town and rented out 12 rooms. Half of our quest had complaints of bugs and dirty bed covers. They also complained about the employees attitudes. The manager only gave a refund for 3 rooms.... I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HOTEL AGAIN.... Please be careful, you don't want to take home bugs!!!

So we arrived at the hotel a little after 2 am and we check in and get to our rooms and the presentation was subpar. I had a feeling that the quality of the hotel would not be the greatest because the blinds on the managers office door was broken. There were stains on the ceilings as well as the wall. Pillowcase did not appear to be clean and my sister found hair on her bed that was definitely not hers. My parents were in another room and my mother had taken a shower and she told me that the shower drain wasn't working at all and the water was just staying there so they switched rooms, amidst switching rooms they noticed that not only was the new floor that they were moved to dirty but they found bed bug killing chemicals, which indicated to us that they must have a bed bug issue. We ended up leaving and are now at a much better hotel. I do have to say that the receptionist was very sweet and patient with us and even helped my sister get her money back with zero qualms and even helped us find a new hotel. But I know for sure that me and my family will not be going back to Quality Inn. I would give five stars to the lady at the front desk for her patience and good service but as an establishment I would rate it one star.

Love this hotel staff is super friendly. Rooms are large . The jacuzzi room is nice with a decent Jacuzzi . The hotel was quite and the pool was perfect temperature. I would of gave a 5 star but they aren't having breakfast it's bagged breakfast.

I paid $50/night extra for the hot tub, which was fine, but overall the room was not worth the premium price. The person who checked me in was rude, and only gave me once key even though I paid for two adults & was staying with my partner. The bed was okay, pillows were weird shaped. The light fixtures / furniture in the room weren't good. Aside from the hot tub itself, the room was kinda ugly. There was no breakfast on Saturday! The posted hours were until 10 am but breakfast was closed by 9. I planned my day expecting to have breakfast as soon as I woke up, and it wasn't there. The room was clean, but clearly had not been refurbished in a long time. The room had been smoked in in the past, the sheets had cigarette burns in them, the walls were gross. There were signs posted everywhere about how this was a non-smoking hotel, saying you'd be fined, kicked out, with no refunds, and it felt really disinviting. There was no housekeeping service, and no signs in the room to indicate this. There were only two full sized towels in the room, which were both used multiple times the first night/morning since we used the hot tub! So we didn't have fresh towels for the second night of our stay. There was no do not disturb sign to put on the door either. Overall it was the kind of quality I'd expect from a lower tier brand, and it is clear that the owners of the hotel are not investing money in the property. The room wasn't *gross*, but so many details were wrong.

Our fridge was really small. Standard hotel microwave . Only sink is in bathroom.
