Bit of a “character”. Delighted that husband chose the only silicone strap for his sports watch despite the strap being purple. Replaced bar to attached strap, and attached strap in the price of said strap. A great find when your watch breaks on holiday.

I took my Bulova watch in Saturday October 3. To have battery replaced. Wednesday October 7 watch stopped working. It is a 20 minute drive back to the store. No apology just take watch and say it will be 45 minutes. When I pick up watch she informs me warranty is only good till January. I said just had battery replaced Saturday I have receipt . She repeats herself I say well I don't want to fight over 20 dollars her response We are not going to fight I'm going to ask you to leave the store so basically they sold me A batteries that only lasted a few days told me that my warranty is only good for 6 months and then because I'm upset that they're taking advantage of me I'm asked to leave their store never ever do business with these people. When I told her I could get the battery replaced $10 elsewhere she said then go elsewhere. The manager is rude and you cant defend yourself Basically felt like they were calling me a liar and that I hadn't brought the watch in on Saturday I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau do not do business with these people

I took in two high end watches to have batteries replaced. Both watches worked for about two weeks before one stopped and the other started losing time. I took them back in to have the batteries tested and both tested fine. Two weeks in the watches again stopped working properly. I waited several months and took one watch back that kept losing time. I was told that for the week that they had my watch it kept perfect time. I explained that for six months my watch has been off by 15-20 minutes. Long story short, my watch required the Swiss version of the energizer battery I was given for the watch losing time .They had broken the stabilizer on the other watch so the battery in was moving around and not in place. Would not recommend taking any watch to these folks. Save yourself time and go next door to Sears

SCAMMER. I had a gold necklace that was given to me by my late grandmother, and a couple of weeks ago it accidentally broke so I started looking for a place that fixes necklaces. When I first walked into the store it was mainly filled with watches so I asked the owner if they fixed necklaces as well and he said yes. I showed him my necklace and he gave me a price quote of $369 (mind you my necklace is not even worth that much, but I agreed anyways because I wanted it fixed). I paid upfront (which should have been my first red flag). I came back three days later to pick up my necklace and it was fixed, but it was WAY shorter. He took some pieces off (literally 3 inches of it) and he thought that I didn't notice. All I needed fixed was the lock part at the back so he had no business taking a piece off my necklace. I asked him for the part that he took off and he said that he didn't take off anything from the necklace. My necklace even weighed less than it did before I gave it to them. I am so angry and I feel scammed. I asked him for a refund and he said he won't do a full refund EVEN THOUGH THEY OFFER A 30 DAY WARRANTY! Beware of this store, you will pay a high price for less than mediocre service and you're lucky if you get your items back in the same authenticity that they were in when you handed the item in. Never going back here again and DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone!
