I have been a 15 year customer of Davis-Airporter and I was the one who would recommend them to everyone whom I know. But my recent experience has completely changed that perception when I was made to pay nearly thrice the regular price due to very shady baggage and communication policy. I am not only angry but sad that it has come to this. My travel was from SFO to Folsom and the staff who exactly knew about my luggage count, 5 days before the travel, very questionably changed my ride from shared to charter, right before my international departure into USA, when there was absolutely no way for me to cancel the ride or to make an alternative arrangement. Way to lose your long term customer!

Very rude manager, I don't know the name is Aida or Aila, but she is very aggressive in the conversation. There are several better options than Davisairporter! Be away from them!!

I used Davis Airporter to and from SFO to Sacramento on this trip and was very impressed with drivers and efficiency. The drivers called ahead and were given clear instructions for the gated facility. I am very happy to report that for door to door service I would use them again. I had one of the best drivers Lori and she was a good driver not to mention an amazing lady in general. Good luck with future business your service was Excellent.:)!!
