Horrendous customer service from Cameron Raynor!!!! Because of him today stands as my first and last visit to enterprise in Davis, CA. He went out of his way to pick fights with me. Soon as I walked in the door he was rolling his eyes. I had never met him so I’m not sure where the bad attitude was coming from. Guess he didn’t want to be at work today. After we first greeted, I went to hand Cameron my ID and credit card. He purposely let my credit card fall to the floor so that he could make the point that he didn’t need payment at this point in our interaction. He should’ve taken both, and then handed my credit card back to me if he didn’t need it yet. I didn’t like the compact suv Cameron offered me and I mentioned that in my opinion compact cars had bigger trunks. He began to argue against my opinion, proceeding to list compact cars, emphasizing that my opinion was inaccurate. Then it came time for me to initial and sign the rental agreement. Cameron asked if I wanted their insurance, I declined, due to the fact that my chase sapphire reserve credit card comes with primary insurance. He argued with me about that. Insisting that my reserve card comes with secondary, and I needed to provide primary insurance. I restated that the card does in fact come with primary. This is something that can be proven with a simple google search. I also noticed that the rate was $3 higher than what I reserved it as. Cameron argued with me about that too. I’ve been in this situation before and knew that it was an easy fix. He refused, but decided to engage in a staring match with me instead. At this point, I no longer wanted to rent from this location. I took Cameron’s card and let him know how unsatisfactory my interaction with him had been. He replied, “Go rent somewhere else.” I wanted to make sure I had heard correctly, so I asked him to repeat. He proudly repeated, “you can go rent somewhere else.”

I don't have any complain about your service. But, you should train your employee to provide the correct information to the customer. I got wrong information form the agent and I had to pay additional day for misinformation. They also charged me for fuel although the car was refueled at the level it was picked
